CHARGES ARE BASED ON AN HOURLY RATE. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL CALL-OUT FEE.
Repairs
CWB Computers offers repair services at your home or business for your Mac or PC. All work is carried out by an experienced technician.
The fee for the first hour of service is £50. Each additional half-hour is £20. There is NO ADDITONAL CALL OUT FEE. Please note that weekend rates are £60 for the first hour and £25 per additional half.
YOU WILL NOT LOSE YOUR DATA. If a technician tells you that you will because the hard drive needs to be reformatted due to virus damage etc., send them away and call us. This applies to desktop and laptop machines.
