Wotever Sex is a modern Twist in five acts … 5 Tuesdays at RVT’s Hot August Fringe we celebrate with entertainment & sex education for the already perverted!

7 pm Michael Twaits and Sandy Foster

Michael is a Wotever favourite and tonight he is on stage with Sandy Foster, who went down a storm earlier this year at Bar Wotever with her dark tales.

They have been friends since they were 6, united on the Wotever stage. Michael is a firm favourite on the cabaret/theatre circuit and a regular at Bar Wotever. Sandy is a singer and comedian whose quirky songs tells stories rarely told…

8.40 pm Nathan Dean Williams

Nathan Dean Williams has been called “A filthy, twisted Alan Bennett for the jilted generation”, by The Fix, and was named top 3 solo comedy act 2011 by the Fringe Review.

“Glorious…poetic…compelling… the audience frequently let out horrified gasps at his characters’ confessions… For those who find a perverse delight in the darkest depths of human nature – you’re going to love it.” Spoonfed

“Played with mesmerising intensity by Williams, a powerful performer whose presence reaches past the stage and grabs the audience by their throats…a compelling experience with some of the blackest laughs in town. If you like your comedy to be slightly traumatic, this could well be the show for you.” – The Skinny

10 pm Eric Kulhmann and Rubyyy Jones

Eric Kuhlmann is a queer bear punk singer/songwriter from Adelaide, Australia. He sings mostly orginal songs about sex, love, death and sex, as well as the occasional classic twisted to suit his purposes. He has been described as “extremely funny – like Ian Dury meets Billy Bragg in a public toilet”.

Rubyyy Jones will our Shameless Teacher and talk about group activities and doing it together, amongst other things …

Wotever Sex is brought to you by Wotever World, Blood, SWEAT(sic!) and Tears!

Doors open at 6pm be early to NOT miss a bit of this special lesson for special people!

About Polari Magazine

Polari Magazine is an LGBT arts and culture magazine that explores the subculture by looking at what is important to the people who are in it. It’s about the lives we lead, not the lifestyles we’re supposed to lead.

Its content is informed & insightful, and features a diverse range of writers from every section of the community. Its intent is to help LGBT readers learn about their own heritage and to sustain a link between the present and the past.

Polari is designed to nurture the idea of community, whether that be social and political, or artistic and creative. It is your magazine, whether you want to read it, or whether you want to get involved in it, if you're gay, lesbian, bisexual, trans, or queer.

Polari Magazine is all these: it's a gay online magazine; it's a gay and lesbian online magazine; it's an LGBT arts and culture magazine. Ultimately, it is a queer magazine.
